Important wholesale information 

We're so glad you're interested in becoming a TierraBlue reseller ! Please read below to find out more information before ordering wholesale. Email us at @tbbusinesscontact@gmail.com when ready to place order or for help with anymore questions. 

MINIMUM

TierraBlue requires a minimum of 25 candles. We currently only sell 8oz candle tins wholesale. 

CUSTOMER ORDERS

If you're in the market for special custom orders please shoot us an email @tbbusinesscontact@gmail.com. We may be able to accommodate special projects depending on availability.

PAYMENTS

All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed and shipped, unless other arrangements have been approved.

SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping will be charged on the payment account provided to us for product purchase. Once payment is made please allow for one week for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. Large orders may require more time but we do our best to work as quick as possible. Domestic orders usually arrive within 2-4 days. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships. Please notify us if you would like expedited shipping.
