Returns and Shipping
Please note we currently have a 3-7 business days processing time on all orders. Quoted shipping times are not inclusive of order processing time. Thank you for your support.
Due to the class of products we sell we do not accept returns at this time. We will however replace or give store credit for any damaged goods during shipping/transit. If your products were damaged during transit please send photo proof of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving order. We do not accept exchanges, returns, store credit or refunds on sale items, gift cards, special edition items.
Refunds however are given at the discretion of Tierra Blue if we find we cannot remediate the said issue. A photo proof claim with explanation must be put within 48hrs of receiving order to get refund.
(Please note tins have natural marks on them due to natural material such as darkened lines and patterns. If we determine "damage" is due to this we may not replace or give store credit)
If any products are are shipped back to us due to incorrect address input by customer, customer incurs cost to re-ship items.
If items are lost in transit customer is responsible for shipping fees to have item replaced. Shipping is non-refundable.
