ABOUT TIERRA

TIERRABLUE was created from my passion for turning creativity into something meaningful. What began as a childhood love of making things grew into blending scents and pouring candles that capture memories of people, places, and culture. Inspired by my Dominican roots, Hispanic heritage, and life in the U.S., each candle reflects moments I cherish and share with others. Tierra is more than candles—it’s a way to bring those memories to life and spread joy.

THE NAME 

The name TIERRABLUE reflects my love for nature and sustainability. Tierra means “earth” in Spanish—a reminder of the raw elements that sustain and nourish us. I wanted my brand to honor the planet while promoting a more sustainable lifestyle. Blue comes from my daughter’s middle name and symbolizes the sky and ocean, blending personal meaning with the beauty of our world.
